Who is responsible for your data

What the contact form collects
Only what you type into it: your name, work email address, organisation name, the category of work you selected, and the message you wrote. We do not collect photographs, identity documents, payment details or any special-category data through this site.
Why we collect it
To read your enquiry and reply to it, and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell or share them with third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. If we do work together, correspondence is kept for the duration of the engagement and for the period required by accounting and tax obligations, after which it is deleted.
Who can see it
Only the two partners of OSUN LLC. Messages are handled through our business email and hosting providers, who process the data on our instructions and only to deliver those services. Our website hosting may record standard technical logs such as IP address and request time for security and availability purposes.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites.
Your rights and how to use them
You may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to our processing it, or ask for it in a portable format. Email contact@osunllc.com with the word "privacy" in the subject line and we will respond within 30 days. Deletion requests are carried out unless we are legally required to keep a record.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. In France this is the CNIL (cnil.fr).
International transfers
OSUN LLC is registered in the United States and operates from France, so your message may be accessed from either country. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, it is transferred under the safeguards permitted by the GDPR.
